1) The strap. It's made of thin elastic and impossible to tighten sufficiently.
2) The vibrator unit. This is fitted internally at the tip of the sleeve and is not removable, glued in place. The coiled lead (not shown in the image) for connecting to the battery pack is inside the sleeve and obstructs comfortable penis insertion.
3) The pump. This is a small inflatable balloon inserted through a slit on the outside of the sleeve so that only a small area of the sleeve is enlarged producing a small bulge. The product description gives the impression that the entire sleeve inflates 'to give a pleasurable squeezing
sensation to the penis'. This is not the case."
