We’re happy to take orders over the phone which is available 24 hours a day. But if you call during office hours, you can talk directly to one of our friendly staff.

Just make a note of the item codes you wish to order.

If you’re calling out-of-hours, please remember to leave your name and address, together with your credit or debit card details.

Once your order has been placed through our site, you will receive a confirmation email giving details of what you have ordered together with your unique order number. Please check the email carefully to ensure all details like your name, address and post code are correct.

If any of the details are wrong please contact us ASAP and be sure to quote your unique order number, this will enable us to deal with your query faster.
